Guest Relations Center
A smile and a helping hand is what to expect when you visit the Guest Relations Center! Our able staff will be glad to assist you by giving out F.o.B. Lounge passwords to collectors' club members, as well as a special pin (make sure to come back as there's a new one each year!); providing information about the store layout and amenities; and distribute information on directions, hotels, transportation and local airports, religious services, and tourist attractions. Need a wheelchair? We got 'em at the Guest Relations Center, on a first-come, first-served basis!
F.o.B. Lounge
Members of our collectors' club, The Loyal Order of Friends of Boyds™, are invited to stop by our members-only lounge, located on the third floor. Kick back, relax, and meet other members of the wackiest collectors' club on the planet! We'll be scheduling special programs for F.o.B.s throughout the year and hope you will make yourself at home in our secret hideaway! To maintain exclusivity, each F.o.B. member must provide a secret code to enter…we'll change this code each week to keep non members from sneakin' in uninvited! Yer a member, but forgot the code?
